Nurturing relationships are at the heart of our provision for our Curious Cubs because we know that love, care, attention and affection are what every baby needs to thrive.

We ensure high ratios in our baby room and are committed to building a team of experienced and well qualified professionals with an outstanding and ongoing programme of staff development training. Our team will make it their goal to ensure they provide opportunities and experiences that will enrich and extend the learning of each child, every day.

An Extension of Home

Our Curious Cubs Baby room feels like an extension of the home, with natural resources, real objects and exciting sounds, sights, textures and areas to explore and discover. We have a free flow ethos, allowing for a growth in independence and learning at a child-centred pace. We want our Curious Cubs to step out of the baby room as confident and secure little explorers.

'Family First' Vision

Our bespoke, ‘family first’ vision, means that we work with each of our families to ensure that we match, as far as possible, the care and routines that would be provided at home.

Our range of formulas on offer, ensure nutritional consistency and we work alongside you to support the transition to solid feeds. Sleep time, is time well spent, and our dedicated sleep spaces, ensure your baby gets their quality rest time.

Parental relationships are absolutely key and we pride ourselves on creating a ‘learning loop’ through which the Nursery staff and the parents encircle the child. We value your input; communication will be full and regular and will ensure that you feel as part of the daily experience as your child does.

Outdoor Explorers

Our Curious Cubs love to be in the fresh air. They have their own outdoor play spaces as well as enjoying daily access to the Bilton Grange grounds where we collect eggs from the chickens, spot rabbits (and the occasional deer), and learn from the ever changing of nature in our 90-acre playground.
